In recent news, Microsoft has introduced a new pricing policy<\/a> for subscription licences based on the exchange rate of the local currency to the US dollar from 1st April 2023. This change means that Microsoft Cloud products have increased by –<\/p>\n

GBP: +9%<\/p>\n

EUR, DKK & NOK: +11%<\/p>\n

SEK: +15%<\/p>\n

These increases are in addition to the price rise already applied in January, with another price review planned later this year. If the Euro and GBP strengthen against the dollar, it will make Microsoft subscription licences more expensive for the European market. These changes affect businesses of all sizes but particularly small to medium size businesses and those with smaller budgets.<\/p>\n
