En 2003 et 2004, nous avons, en collaboration avec Microsoft, \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les aspects l\u00e9gaux et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 d\u2019un march\u00e9 secondaire europ\u00e9en des licences logicielles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discount-Licensing (anciennement \u00ab Disclic \u00bb) a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e en juillet 2004, puis un march\u00e9 secondaire des licences logicielles (en volume) Microsoft a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en novembre 2005 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 favorablement accueilli par les m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n

Fin 2020, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Discount-Licensing S.L. (bas\u00e9e en Espagne) a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e pour devenir le fer de lance de nos activit\u00e9s dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et servir en toute l\u00e9galit\u00e9 l\u2019offre et la demande dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Europe. Discount-Licensing est certifi\u00e9 Certifi\u00e9 ISO 9001 : 2015<\/a> (UE et Royaume-Uni), nous fournissons des produits logiciels et des services qui r\u00e9pondent aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires\/l\u00e9gales applicables ainsi qu’aux exigences des clients conform\u00e9ment aux crit\u00e8res de l’Organisation internationale de normalisation.  <\/p>\n

Par la suite, Discount-Licensing a, la premi\u00e8re, mis en place des processus transparents pour le recyclage de licences logicielles Microsoft non utilis\u00e9es \/ en surplus d\u2019entreprises solvables ou en cessation de paiement du secteur priv\u00e9 ou public. Des innovations telles que notre \u00ab Centre de licences logicielles secondaires \u00bb (Secondary Software Licence Centre – SSLC) ont ainsi vu le jour : via notre portail en ligne, nos clients peuvent obtenir leurs informations de licence ainsi que t\u00e9l\u00e9charger et installer leurs supports logiciels de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu\u2019ils peuvent le faire dans le \u00ab Volume Licensing Service Center \u00bb (VLSC) de Microsoft.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
